About ZUVSHOP

ZUVSHOP is operated by Zuv LLC, a company registered in Illinois with its warehouse in Glenview, Illinois. We help customers in Mongolia buy products from US stores that do not ship to Mongolia, and we deliver those products to them.

1. A customer chooses a product on our site, or sends us a link to a product in a US store.

2. We show the full price in Mongolian tugrik: the store's own price, US sales tax and shipping to our warehouse, converted at the official exchange rate of the Bank of Mongolia. Air cargo to Mongolia is charged separately by actual weight.

3. The customer pays us in Mongolia. We then buy the exact item from the store in the name of Zuv LLC, with our company account and payment method, and have it delivered to our own warehouse in Glenview.

4. Our warehouse receives, checks and weighs each parcel and ships it to Mongolia by air cargo, where the customer picks it up or receives home delivery in Ulaanbaatar.

Every order with a store is placed by Zuv LLC as the buyer, paid by Zuv LLC, and shipped only to our US warehouse. We do not resell store accounts, we do not ship store orders to third-party addresses, and we never ask customers for their store account credentials.

Store names such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart and Barnes & Noble are trademarks of their respective owners. They are mentioned only to identify where a product is sold. Zuv LLC is an independent company and is not endorsed by these stores unless stated otherwise.
